I am looking for customer management software (CRM system) for my online marketing company, which is currently being established. Enquiring customers or interested parties in the field of logistics, transport, and warehousing should be served via my platform and, once clarified, forwarded (brokered) to my registered partners in the logistics sector.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Transport requests are forwarded to the software platform via the homepage or website, where the data record can be expanded. For example, the customer is verified by telephone because no exact data was provided in the request and is then “APPROVED” – i.e., sent to the “service providers.”
  • It should also be possible to store partners, i.e., logistics companies, on the platform, which can then be filtered to determine which ones are suitable for the request and to whom it should be sent
  • For the partners (logistics companies), it should be visible how many requests have been sent to the company
  • and how high the invoice or weekly or monthly debit would be (billing, invoicing)
  • No reprogramming, but rather existing software that is rented or licensed, with support, etc.
  • Which employee has processed which request(s)?
  • Commissions for employees would be conceivable.
  • Possibly automatic email dispatch to customers and partners.

One to four software workstations are planned. We have notebooks with MS Windows systems.

Based on the specific requirements, the following solutions can be considered:
