We are a non-profit group of companies and are looking for software to create a data protection concept and to organize data protection in concrete terms. Our group of companies employs approximately 950 people in various areas. We also process sensitive data (health, religion, disabilities) and work with children in two areas of our business (daycare facilities for children/afternoon care for elementary school students, school social work, etc.).
The software is to be used in three areas of the company:
The software should clearly organize the entire area of data protection, provide information on changed formal (legal) requirements, and manage employee training.
Ideally, the solution supports MS Office, uses our central server for document storage, and cloud solutions for storing templates and documents.
The number of software workstations is not yet certain. In any case, our data protection officer and the data protection officers from the individual divisions are to work with the software (approx. 5 people).
