Newly established delivery service in the catering sector seeks CRM system

I am looking for a CRM (customer relationship management) system for our delivery service, which is currently being set up in southern Germany. We will be preserving food (e.g., ratatouille). Only “imperfect produce,” e.g., with visual defects, will be used. The preserved food will then be sold and delivered to customers at regular intervals (on a subscription basis). The preserving jars will be returnable.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Store customer information, customer management
• Prospective customer management
• Ideally, automated creation of delivery notes
• Monthly billing based on delivery notes, taking into account returnable deposits (collective invoice)
• Route or tour planning desirable
• Support for mobile devices (for the delivery driver)
• Ideally, interface to DATEV or similar
• Web or browser-based solution

Two to four software workstations are planned.
