We are looking for HR or QM software for our municipal association. We are looking for a (web-based) tool for managers that can be used in the implementation process following the employee survey. The employee survey is conducted by an external company. Each manager should be able to enter measures into the software and track them, and the department responsible for the tool should be able to carry out internal controlling.
We have the following requirements for the software:
