We are a company in the field of measurement and billing services and are looking for planning, administration, and documentation software (energy consumption). We do not carry out any construction work ourselves, but generally use our customers' plans and specifications, on which we then base our metering point planning.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Graphical and tabular representation of various data from all measuring points for different energy consumptions (water, heat, cooling, electricity, and others if applicable) in the pipe networks of buildings (focus on commercial properties)
  • 2D display is generally sufficient for this purpose - however, a 3D display that can be generated from the 2D display would be a forward-looking option, e.g., to make it easier to locate installed measuring points on site
  • A possible interface to the BIM standard would also be forward-looking but not essential
  • However, XML or similar interfaces with the option of connecting to other internal systems are important to us
  • The option of integrating internal material and, if applicable, price lists is also relatively important to us
  • Offline capability (as notebooks are used in the field)
  • Local installation or web-based

Approximately 20 software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.

Based on the specific requirements, the following solutions can be considered:
