Merchandise management with cash register connection wanted for a tea store with Internet delivery

We are looking for a merchandise management system with a cash register connection for our tea store with Internet dispatch.

In the store, tea (7% VAT) is offered in open sales, i.e. we weigh the tea according to type and quantity as requested by the customer. There is also a wide range of crockery and accessories (19% VAT). So far we have been working with a simple cash register, but this needs to be replaced by a GoDB-compliant system. We have also decided on a new store system (shopware 5) and are currently developing the new store.

In future, the accounting is to be handled entirely by the tax consultant (Datev interface).

The software should fulfill the following requirements:

• Cash register system should provide data for Datev export
• Customer management
• Merchandise management with connection to shopware 5 and the possibility of Datev export
• Interface should provide the SEPA direct debit data to the existing bank program (SFIRM)
• Option of cash register connection to merchandise management
• GoDB-compliant (principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access)

2-3 workstations are planned.
