We are a small craft business (owner + 1 employee) and repair and maintain all kinds of lifting equipment for lifting cars and buses etc.. We are currently working with standard office software and are looking for a new ERP program.
The program should fulfill the following requirements in addition to the classic functions of a merchandise management system:
- Continuation of one process into another
- Device entry with serial no., type, year of manufacture etc. - similar to motor vehicles
- Free design of the field designation, e.g. serial no. instead of field 1 or identifier 1 etc.
- Different invoice and service recipients (the data of the service recipient (serial no., device type) are transferred to the invoice, i.e. service recipient A has a device with serial no. 1234, but the invoice goes to invoice recipient B; the serial no. must appear in the invoice (without double entry))
- Articles should be grouped into product groups
- Text modules for articles, e.g. we repair and maintain devices; the maintenance is charged with amount X, the parts (are always all the same) are charged separately - but should be automatically transferred to the invoice and be able to be processed when selecting the “article” maintenance.
- Display of the service recipient and invoice recipient in the overview; i.e. you can see at a glance who is receiving the invoice and who is the customer
- Free and simple form design (preferably in original view)
- Assignment of a delivery address from the customer master data (different from the billing address)
The software is to be used on 2 workstations in a network.
