Merchandise management for the electrical appliance trade

We produce and distribute demand-optimized electrical appliances in Germany, Europe and worldwide. For our merchandise management we are looking for a software that covers the following functions, among others:

• Merchandise management, typical functions such as
• Creation of customers
• Quotation creation, quotation calculation, several price scales, multilingual
• Order processing
• Delivery notes
• Invoices
• Import and export
• Import of orders from the web store
• Accounting
• Warehouse management with several storage locations
• CRM components (lead management, sales opportunities, mailings, etc.)

Further requirements are:

• International orientation would be important (language, legal requirements, etc)
• Possibility for sales staff to have restricted access to the data

We are currently working with special industry software for merchandise management, warehousing and accounting, a standard CRM tool and a standard Microsoft database for the detailed management of articles and the preparation of quotations.

Initially, 8 workstations are planned. Production is carried out by subcontractors and does not need to be covered.

The search should concentrate on a software for wholesale companies that focuses on CRM, quotation creation (price scales) and import and export functionalities. A cloud solution or SaaS would be conceivable in order to simplify external access and possibly support branches. An accounting system could also be used as a module or stand-alone software.
