We are a medium-sized service provider and are looking for a booking and billing system for our sales partners; software for multi-level marketing (MLM) in the travel industry.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Acquisition of freelancers. The future partner receives information from a referrer via an explanatory video. If the partner is interested in working with us, they can register and become a licensee.
  • Assignment of a partner, the referrer, and crediting their account with the commission for the referral. This should work up to the fifth hierarchy * and at the same time take into account the respective participants (* A recommends the license partnership to B, for which A receives a commission, B recommends the license partnership to C, for which B and A receive a commission, C recommends D, then C, B and A receive a commission, D recommends, then D, C, B and A receive a commission, E recommends, then E, D, C, B and A receive a commission, if F now recommends, A drops out)
  • Booking and billing
  • Interface to the State Office for Statistics
  • Optional with interfaces for accounting and administration
  • Ideally, it can bill the licenses and commissions on one side and the referral commission on the other, all with the corresponding employee number

Note: Hotels will be offered on some portals in the future. Each hotel issues licenses per available room. X% of the booking revenue from the total annual bookings is paid to sales. The hotel operator provides a land charge certificate (due to guaranteed commission) to secure the licensee community. Correct billing is carried out by the State Office for Statistics (monthly reporting is mandatory). The commissions incurred are paid to the licensees annually. License agreements can only be terminated unilaterally by the licensee.
