Medical practice seeks document management system for quality management

We are a large medical practice with more than 20 employees, structured into three departments. We are looking for a suitable document management system for our quality management (QM) system.

The aim is to ensure that the latest QM documents are quickly available on every workstation in a clearly structured format, but cannot be changed by any employee.

The software should have the following features:

• Creation/release of QM documents (e.g., work instructions)
• Access from all workstations, direct printing if necessary (e.g., patient information sheets, lists that must be kept at every workstation)
• Printing/creating a QM manual at the touch of a button
• Possible integration of audit processes (not mandatory)
• Assignment of rights (read/write access)
• Simple structure (currently manual in a folder with various subfolders, very confusing)

Approximately 20 workstations are planned.
