Medical practice seeks document management system (DMS)

We are a medical practice (specialist practice) and are looking for a document management system (DMS) to digitize our non-medical documents.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Storage of documents (non-medical) such as contracts, correspondence, incoming and outgoing invoices, checklists, templates
• Audit-proof
• Resubmission
• Versioning
• Assignment to employees for completion and feedback
• Authorization to access folders scanning, indexing, and auto-tagging
• OCR
• Secure cloud solution
• Server installation if necessary, with cloud option (data center in Germany)
• Mobile solution desirable (iOS)
• At least 5 employees should be able to work on it (i.e., expandable)

Three to five software workstations are planned.
