We are a media company based in northern Germany and are looking for scheduling software to support us in our daily work and challenges.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Support for shooting schedules
  • Plan fixed dates
  • Assign projects to dates
  • Book additional staff and resources
  • Overview of current projects and planned assignments
  • Overview of assignments for an employee
  • Optional: Assign personnel and resource costs to the project, not only hourly rates as costs, but also daily rates (for freelancers), cost reports, budget management, etc.
  • Simple, streamlined solution
  • Nice to have: (modular) expandable
  • Choice of Mac or MS Windows, client-server solutions also possible

One to three software workstations are planned.
