We are an internationally active mechanical engineering company in the machine and plant construction industry with batch size 1 and are looking for an APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system. We manufacture variant-based products in small series (max. 10 pieces).

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Multi-project planning
  • Multi-plant planning with different ERP systems
  • Capacity planning and overview for all plants
  • Detailed planning at the workstations
  • Project planning for design
  • Order flow planning
  • The software does not have to be browser-based

SAP and MS Dynamics NAV are used as ERP systems, and APS is used as planning software at one location. We work in an MS Windows system environment.

There are 40-60 software workstations planned.
