Manufacturing company seeks archiving system for customer service

We are a manufacturing company for refractory products and are looking for an archiving system for order tracking in our customer service department. The software is primarily intended to support order processing, as this is where most of our paperwork is generated.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Support order tracking; order processing runs via SAP
• Paperless processing of quotes and orders in customer service and possibly connected departments
• Simple, efficient search for orders and quotes
• Connection to SAP merchandise management, if practical; we are also open to an alternative without a link to SAP
• MS Outlook connection (contacts, appointments, tasks, emails)
• Assign access rights
• In summary, it would be software in which you can put all content/files and emails in one “pot” and still find them again at any time with just a few clicks and have them displayed for the order.

We are planning 15-20 software workstations.
