We are a global manufacturing company in the building materials industry (insulation materials) and are looking for payroll accounting software for our locations in Germany.
The software must meet the following requirements:
- Payroll accounting
- Certification
- Time management (from recording to issuing time sheets)
- Shift work
- Calculation of shift allowances based on recorded time management data
- Adaptable to collective bargaining agreements
- Current test system (to test or run through specific scenarios)
- Comprehensive reporting tools with both fixed and freely configurable reports
- Plausibility checks
- Option to perform two payroll runs per month per payroll area
- Predefined changes must be logged
- Uploads of batch input folders
- Organizational management on a small scale (e.g., cost center hierarchy)
- Option of payment transfers via TIS
- Open API access for e.g., integration of the time recording system
- Provision of digital pay slips (receipts)
- Option to send receipts via Elster, but these can be supplemented beforehand, e.g., with flat-rate taxation
- Certificate ISAE3402 Type 2, specifically definable calculation rules for e.g. calculation of and with time recording data
- Full system support (including annual updates at the turn of the year) by the provider with the option of performing minor customizing tasks such as creating wage types yourself
- Freely definable authorization concept
- Cloud solution (SaaS)
- Compatibility with Informatica is important
