The following requirements must be met:
- Storage and management of raw materials and ingredients (lists)
- Creation of specifications
- Nutrition labeling
- Declaration
- ingredient lists in accordance with EU Regulation 1334/2008, GMO (genetically modified organism), irradiation, etc.
--> based on existing recipes
- Integration with the existing ERP system should be possible
- Windows-compatible
- Terminal server-capable, ready for remote work
- Cost-effective would be an advantage
Two software workstations are planned.
