Manufacturer of actuators seeks document management system

We are a manufacturer of actuators and are looking for a document management system for our documentation department.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Save or store documents in the system and name them appropriately
• Search for or retrieve documents
• Assist in the creation of order documentation (search for certain documents: e.g., operating instructions, certificates)
• It would be desirable if the order number and order details could be entered via an input mask and, on this basis, the required documents could be automatically searched for, compiled as order documentation, and saved.

1-5 software workstations are required.
