We are a manufacturer and distributor of hygiene products with a specialist store and mail order business, and we are looking for an ERP system that can map all mail order processes, automated as far as possible.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Order entry
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Stock changes
  • Order suggestions, etc.
  • Important: Hazardous goods data must be storable (UN numbers, hazardous goods pictograms, P & H statements)
  • In addition, different instructions must appear when packing, depending on the hazardous goods: correct hazardous goods label (e.g., for LQ shipping), UN number on delivery note, calculation of ADR points
  • Packaging regulations must be complied with (possibly suggestion for cardboard box size)
  • Interface to common shop systems (shop is also to be recreated afterwards)
  • Possibly interface to shipping service providers (DPD, DHL)
  • Windows compatible

Approximately 15 software workstations are required.
