I will be taking over an insurance office on April 1, 2016 as a single-company or exclusive agent with approx. 1000 customers and am looking for management software for insurance brokers.

The software should support or fulfill the following requirements:

  • Customer management (birthday manager / address block / incl. telephone, e-mail, etc.)
  • Contract management (e.g. PHV, household contents, glass, legal protection, accident, pension insurance, etc. for the respective customer)
  • Reminder function (e.g. before expiry of contracts regarding renewed contract extension), if possible linked to Outlook
  • CRM functions
  • Various query options (e.g. which customer has no household contents insurance?)
  • Network-compatible

2 Windows workstations are required.

The tenderer also asked about the networking options. We do not consider it essential to set up a dedicated server for 2-3 office workstations (normal data traffic). A peer-to-peer installation can be carried out relatively easily with MS Windows. The workstations are simply connected with a cable and one workstation then functions simultaneously as a kind of data server. Such a mini-network can also be expanded cost-effectively with a shared external NAS solution (hard disk) from around 150 euros.
