Management consultancy seeks project management with work and project time tracking

We are a management consultancy in the IT and communications industry and are looking for a project management system with work and project time tracking. Our small group of companies consists of three affiliated companies at one location.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Manage projects in the back office
• It should be possible to record project reports at the customer's site
• Allocate employee time or activities to projects or to general or variable cost centers
• Budget monitoring (with access to time recording and stored budget volumes)
• Create sales forecasts
• Option for efficient customer data management
• The time recording module should allow for vacation planning and various statistics to be created
• From which, for example, vacation provisions can be derived, as there is access to the employee's respective vacation account
• Optional – it would be great if the tool could also be used for at least most aspects of employee personnel management
• Time tracking via app must be possible
• Separate tracking options for project, travel, and general activities
• Distinction between billable and non-billable projects
• Creation of quotes
• Create invoices with access to integrated time tracking or project time tracking
• Text modules, e.g., for creating quotes and invoices
• Interface to accounting (e.g., DATEV, Sage) and, if necessary, to travel expense accounting
• Various sorting and evaluation functions
• It must be possible to export the recorded times
• In the event of a system change, it must be possible to transfer the data to the owner
• Multi-client capability or at least the ability to separate by department

15-17 software workstations are planned.
