For our management consultancy in the field of quality and process management, we are looking for software that supports us in our daily work. Standards in the field of aviation are of particular importance here.
We would like to clearly define our internal processes (e.g., the process for handling customer inquiries or the process for submitting vacation requests) in order to be able to train new employees more quickly. At the same time, we want to be able to offer our customers additional services (e.g., risk management, knowledge management, etc.).
