As a management consultant, I am looking for an e-recruiting software for a prosperous personnel consultant in the context of executive search, NOT temporary employment. There are always several thousand candidates “in circulation” in the IT industry.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Candidate management
- Automatic upload of CVs/profiles from LinkedIn and XING
- Upload of CVs, references, and self-created reports (exposés)
- Parsing and full-text search of all readable documents and text fields in the system
- Support for OptIns in accordance with GDPR
- Management of candidates' address data and communication channels, including integration with MS Outlook / MS Office 365
- Company management
- Pre-installed database with basic company data (name, headquarters, industry code)
- Customer management
- Management of customers and their contact persons, open and completed projects
- Management of jobs / orders
- Title, contract type (success, installment payment), invoicing
- Creation and management of ‘projects’ or ‘applications’
- Tracking/management/documentation of applicant management per candidate (search steps, e.g., new, approached, prequalified, consultant interview, presentation, client interview(s), contract offer, placement)
- Report generator with custom filters and entities, dashboard
- (candidate pipeline, all/per customer/per consultant/per search step in the application process)
- Revenue per customer, per time interval
- Other
- Cloud-based installation
Approximately 15 software workstations are planned. The system will run on macOS and MS Windows.
