We are a network-organized management consultancy and are looking for software to digitize our business processes that is capable of managing the entire process from quotation to controlling and preparatory accounting. For this purpose, we are looking for an ERP system (including CRM and preparatory financial accounting).

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Lead/customer representation
  • Quotation calculation and creation
  • Order confirmations
  • Project payment plans
  • Time recording per consultant per project
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices
  • Transfers (online banking integrated)
  • Reconciliation of bank entries
  • Transmission to the tax consulting firm (DATEV interface)
  • Transmission to the payroll office
  • Assignment of invoice items to different categories and projects
  • Success status and success planning
  • Liquidity status and liquidity planning, integrated cash flow list
  • Target/actual comparison Project accounting
  • Sales funnel and project evaluation (visualization of evaluations should also be possible over longer periods)
  • For Windows and Mac users (on-premises or web-based)
  • User rights on at least two levels (assignment of access options per customer or project to specific consultants)

40-50 software workstations are planned (4-5 administrators, all other users with restricted access). Potentially growing.
