We are a management consultancy based in southern Germany and are looking for a document management system (DMS) for our shared office space.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Digital archiving
  • Everything stored in one place with access for everyone
  • Automated indexing and versioning
  • OCR and full-text search
  • Invoice processing with digital stamps and comments
  • Compatible with MS Office
  • Interface to CRM
  • Mobile access
  • Web-based – cloud-based and SaaS

Because of Apple, iOS, Intel, MS Windows 10 – is this generally possible or is it necessary to switch to the same hardware or software?

Four software workstations are planned. We aim to work with a general or universal license (for 4 users).
