We are looking for a suitable CRM solution for a customer in the financial services sector.

Currently, customer data is stored by employees in Outlook and in various external programs. We are looking for a solution that records customer data in a central location and also enables sales controlling.

The following key data should be fulfilled:

  • Customer master data / customer data management, with contact data, addresses, private and business
  • Categorization of customers according to freely selectable and combinable criteria (“tagging”)
  • Permanent communication with MS Exchange in both directions, i.e. in particular synchronization of calendar entries and contacts, and also e-mails
  • Sales functionality with a task list per employee
  • Evaluation of sales intensity
  • Evaluation of sales success
  • CTI / interface to the telephone system, so that telephone calls can be initiated directly from the program and can also be tracked there (telephone system not yet known, combination of landline and VoIP is being sought)
  • Lead lists should be centrally compiled according to various criteria (including own attributes), including e.g. last contact, customer group etc., and assigned to specific employees
  • Complete data export must be possible, partial export can also be configured by the user
  • A resubmission system with various freely configurable fields/values (expiry of contracts, new contact after period X, extension of financing, etc.)
  • Customer card should provide a rough overview of the services used at first glance; a colored box for each main service (currently five) with (possibly manual) listing of the sub-services (e.g. property insurance: household contents, liability - custody account: Deutsche Bank, Sparda - construction financing: 2 apartments, 1 house, etc.).
  • Data backup in Germany/on German servers
  • Document storage gladly, but only to a small extent
  • Contact history: both e-mail and telephone

If possible, we are looking for a SaaS solution. If necessary, a Windows server version could also be considered.

Five licenses are required to start with, doubling is possible in the medium term.
