Management consultancy seeks applicant management system (recruitment) with CRM

We are a management consultancy with approximately 50 employees and are looking for an applicant management system (recruitment) with CRM functions for our company. The new software should make our recruiting process as simple, helpful, and time-saving as possible.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• CRM functions
• Store customer data
• Candidate management
• Post job advertisements
• Support internal recruiting as well as external customers, including in the consulting environment, i.e., map internal and external recruiting
• Create and edit orders
• Digital projects
• Project management
• Applicant management
• Neat, simple, and clear handling
• GDPR-compliant
• Migration or data transfer (master data, documents - as much as possible) from existing applicant management (recruitment) software

One to two software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
