Management consultancy seeks accounting software

We are a management consultancy and are looking for software that will make it very easy for us to do our monthly accounting. The data for accounting is entered by several people.

Invoicing should be carried out according to the following requirements:

• Daily billing with increments of 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours (billing by hourly blocks)
• Entry of the duration and not the period
• Travel expenses must be entered for each day (flight, hotel, rental car, fuel, taxi, etc.)
• Several people can bill for a project (these people also have different daily rates)
• The daily rates per person can vary depending on the project
• At the end, an invoice should be created with an overview of the days worked, including costs and travel expenses per day
• Each employee enters their own time and travel expenses
• A budget for days can be entered as a forecast
• Tracking target vs. actual budget
• Web-based is an advantage

We currently use Microsoft Office, smartphones, and notebooks. In the medium term, approximately 20 employees will work with the software. We are currently planning for five software workstations.
