Mail order company seeks inventory management and order processing software

We are a mail order company (online sales of care products) and are looking for inventory management and order processing software. We currently do not use any merchandise management or order management systems, as we have outsourced our entire logistics. We plan to insource this in the future. We work primarily with the Salesforce CRM system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

We will send permanent shopping baskets with monthly (or quarterly) recurring orders to the warehouse that we will operate in the future. In addition, there will be daily orders to be executed. The system should be able to organize the orders in a logical order (by product group and packing effort). It should be noted that we work with a high degree of standardization, meaning that several hundred orders will be completely identical, as well as with individual services that take longer to pick. The system should be able to make a distinction here and assign the orders separately (to different packing runs). Furthermore, the system should be able to perform commission control (commissioners must scan items). Label generation for common shipping service providers should be guaranteed. The program should be able to perform inventory management with automatic order suggestions and transmission of orders to manufacturers.

Two to three workstations at the planned warehouse location should be equipped with the system. Pickers should have machine data collection devices with which they can scan the packed items (link to the system). The system at the warehouse location should be accessible from headquarters. Here, two to three workstations are again desired. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
