We operate several online shops and are looking for an ERP system including PIM and CRM to support our activities.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Integration of Shopware shops (languages: DE, EN, FR, IT, ES, CN Mandarin)
  • Support for sales via Amazon (including FBM - Fulfillment by Merchant) for Amazon.de, .fr, .it, .co.uk, .es, and in the future .com, .mx, .ca with very strong features for all Amazon processes
  • When importing orders, comparison with the master code shipping service providers (currently DHL, DPD, UPS)
  • Best-before date must be tracked throughout (from entry in goods receipt to stock transfer, on packing slips and invoices, and transferred to the shop)
  • Detailed requirements documents (1x general, 1x Amazon) are available

The software is to be used by 7 named users and 4 concurrent users.
