Machinery and plant manufacturer seeks shipping software

We are a management consultancy and are looking for suitable shipping software for a globally operating machine and plant manufacturer (technical parts and components).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Multilingual (German, English)
• Open database (ODBC; API)
• The existing data sheet for shipping registration should be digitized (Each department should be able to register a shipment via a central contact point)
• View delivery statuses (tracking numbers and delivery location)
• Automatic opening of required documents from the respective logistics service providers (if necessary, automatic selection of the optimal framework agreement (DHL parcel shipping, Dachser - pallet shipping from size x, etc.))
• View of open orders still to be processed by the department manager (shipping log; specified urgency or prioritization desirable)
• Replace current reporting tool
• It should be open to common ERP systems
• Mobile compatibility
• Windows compatible
• Lean solution

Approximately 25 software workstations are planned (active use or administration max. 5; additional access to the shipping login screen in total: 20).
