Law firm seeks law firm software

We are looking for law firm software with workflow and document management (DMS) for our law firm, which operates throughout Germany.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Store and forward client inquiries
• Create a jour fixe
• Calendar function
• Document management
• Various incoming documents, emails, and information should be easy to handle
• Filter option upon receipt and assignment or forwarding to the responsible employee (e.g., via keyword search)
• Quick access to documents
• Scanning of documents
• Provide a quick overview of processes and clients
• General information about processing status
• Manage deadlines
• Compatible with a special electronic lawyer mailbox and Office applications
• Compatible with Mac OS
• On-premises or web-based

Six software workstations are planned.
