We are a globally active company in the chemical industry (paint production) with approx. 5000 employees and are looking for a KPI and project tracking software.

The software should support or provide the following functions on a daily basis:

  • Production productivity KPI monitoring
  • Material over-consumption (600 production orders daily)
  • Production order monitoring
  • Daily delivery reliability
  • Daily gap analysis. Calculation of monthly, annual deviation effects
  • Definition and linking of improvement projects to existing deviations
  • Resource monitor for employees Process improvement
  • Project monitoring (success rate, effectiveness of measures, calculation of effects)

The system should work together with the SAP ERP system.

Approx. 5-10 software workstations are planned.
