We are looking for maintenance software for our large bakery.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Storage, prioritization, categorization, purchasing of spare parts
  • Database of machines and systems and allocation of spare parts
  • Planning and maintenance
  • Planning and maintenance of guarantees and warranties
  • Appointment notifications IFS certifications (IFS = International Food Standard)
  • IFS certification compliant
  • Display of to-dos for IFS certification
  • Task distribution and monitoring of problem reports, e.g., ticket system
  • Desirable: based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or corresponding interface
  • Desirable: use of the software offline on mobile devices (no Wi-Fi in production)

At least three software workstations are required.
