We are an IT trading company based in northern Germany and are looking for membership management software (club software) for a non-profit association. The association is involved in social and therapeutic work and has around 100 members, five of whom are on the executive board. The software we are looking for should be accessible and usable via a web browser.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Member management
  • Direct debit of membership fees
  • Appointment management
  • Document storage (minutes, donation receipts, etc.)
  • Form letter function
  • Serial email function
  • Newsletter
  • Print function
  • Website (internal for members, external for visitors and donors)
  • Members can maintain their own address and bank details
  • Paywall for donations – nice to have
  • Member app (for smartphones) – nice to have
  • Compliant with the EU GDPR, hosting in Central or Western Europe, e.g. in Germany, the Netherlands, or Switzerland
  • Cloud-based
  • User and rights management

The intention is to have 5 software workstations with full rights (such as an IT administrator with full access). All other users will only have read-only rights or the right to change their personal data.

Approximately 100 software workstations are planned. MS Windows, iOS, and Android devices will be used.

Based on the specific requirements, the following solutions can be considered:
