We are a small company specializing in IT personnel services and recruitment, and we are looking for appropriate industry software.

The following requirements must be met:

  • Address management and CRM functions
  • Support for the recruiting process
  • Differentiated recording of personnel and address data, including comments, conditions, and links to websites (such as Gulp)
  • Differentiated recording of customers or companies and their employees and contact persons
  • Storage of applicant profiles with skill details and rough skill assessment. Currently, a relatively large dynamic list of IT skills is stored for manual entry of applicant qualifications -> Example: Developer = Professional / ABAP = Professional / Form development = Standard / Interfaces = Professional / SAP SD = Professional / SAP FI = Basis / Java = Standard
  • Note: This function enables a targeted search in the applicant profiles and is one of the essential functions of our current database
  • Sending and direct storage of emails from the system (documentation of communication) Note: Reply emails are currently entered manually
  • The ability to create projects for relevant inquiries, link them to the contact person at the customer, bring in selected consultants, store communication, and send serial emails
  • It should be clear who is currently under contract with us and what the contract status is
  • Migration or data transfer from the old system
  • Support for working from home
  • Windows compatible

Approximately 4-10 software workstations are planned.
