IT service provider seeks property management software with meter management

We are an IT service provider and are looking for property management software with meter management.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Manage meter locations and meters for electricity, water, and gas
• Maintain statistics and billing data (special challenge - main/sub-meters)
• Standard management with rent billing for commercial tenants - Building management (industry, service providers/offices)

Only raw data is available for this use case.

We have our own data center. Operating system independence is guaranteed, as “everything is there” (except macOS).

Five software workstations are planned.
