We are an IT service provider that sells goods and spare parts, and we are looking for a merchandise management system that includes billing and invoicing to optimize our warehousing.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Delivery notes

• Data migration from the existing merchandise management system
• Mobile app (Android) for service calls at customer sites (data entry and service reports, synchronization in the office)
• Connection to customer data (address, inventory)
• Time tracking
• Customer signature
• MS Windows 10 compatible
• On-premises

One to three software workstations are required.
