IT service provider seeks hotel software (for a hotel)

As an IT service provider based in southern Germany, I am looking for hotel software for a hotel (42 beds) in a rural area in southern Germany. The hotel has a restaurant and various event rooms.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Room management (including bookings, occupancy)
• Appointments
• Invoices
• Restaurant operations (including table reservations, occupancy)
• Employee management (e.g., duty and shift schedules)
• Mail
• Document management (with electronic archive, if applicable)
• Optional financial accounting
• Support for mobile devices (Android)
• Windows compatible
• Provider services
• German-language support
• Training
• Transfer of master data to the new system

Two fixed workstations (PCs) and, initially, two mobile workstations are planned.
