International software company is looking for software for gross wage recording and calculation for a client.

We are an international software company that produces industry-specific management information systems. To round off our range of services, we are looking for a cooperation partner who can provide software for gross wage recording and calculation.

The software should meet or support the following requirements as a minimum:

• Gross wage recording and calculation
• All special features relevant to wages in the printing industry (shift and remuneration models) must be reproducible
• The results of the gross wage calculation must be exported to the standard programs for net wage calculation via an interface.
• Optional working time recording
• A) In the production data acquisition (PDA) of an upstream management information system (MIS) – then import of arrival, departure, and break times into the software for gross wage calculation.
• B) Work time recording integrated into the gross wage calculation software – then export of arrival, departure, and break times to the upstream MIS

Initially, one to two software workstations are planned for a German printing company that employs between 50 and 500 people.
