Insurance distributor seeks customer management and billing system

We are looking for a customer management and billing system for our insurance sales department.

The software should perform or support the following tasks:

• Customer and contract management
• Product management (e.g., property, life, and health insurance) including commission levels and points
• Broker master data management with structure
• Multi-level commission accounting
• Cancellation reserve management
• Cancellation posting with automatic assignment or distribution in the structure
• Posting of incoming payments, including cancellations
• Evaluations via selections or lists
• Multi-client capability
• Network capability (we work with a Linux server and Windows PCs)
• Migration of legacy data
• Preference is given to installation on our own server

Three to four software workstations are planned.
