We are an insurance broker specializing in medical risks and need a digital tool that enables us and our clients to document, track and continuously optimize the processing of property damage and, above all, personal injury claims in every detail.

This tool - we are imagining a kind of guided process management here - must be able to be operated by different employees in our company. Conversely, our customer (a doctor's surgery, laboratory or hospital) must be able to log into the same tool from anywhere and view, add to and comment on our work processes.

In this way, we want to create optimum transparency in our joint processing of the claim. Finally, we also want to bill our services in this way, if possible, so that our customers can see at any time how much money our claims processing has cost them so far.

Further requirements will arise over time. This depends on the acceptance of this tool - and on whether it “only” causes tedious work or whether the people involved also enjoy doing things digitally and transparently online (instead of saving them on their own PC and sending extracts from there by e-mail).

In our company, we are initially looking at 3-5 workstations; ideally, these can be expanded later. But each of our customers also needs numerous people in commercial or medical controlling to be able to access this software. Everyone who makes entries here must identify themselves and save their additions. Their entries must remain traceable until the claims processing has been completed (and - for legal reasons - for 3 years after that!).
