We are looking for quality management software for our business division that designs and manufactures special workpieces for use in special industrial plants.

We are looking for a web-based system that displays our process landscape and can be clicked through dynamically to the desired process, document, instruction, etc.

Our requirements are as follows:

  • Employees should have insight into their processes.
  • Authorisation concept: Who can view which data and processes?
  • Employees can create and improve their processes, e.g. flowcharts (together with colleagues; collaboration would be secondary).
  • Easy to use
  • Location-independent access (web-based)
  • An approval workflow is important so that processes only go online after an auditor or quality manager has checked everything. They should be able to decide whether to put it online, reject it or request further processing.
  • It is also important that the processes are revised in the background. It should be possible to access an old revision (versioning).
  • Accessibility
  • Ideally, the software should be integrable with MS SharePoint.

The document type is less important to us. A link to MS Word, MS Excel or similar is not mandatory. Open source is also an option.

We use MS SharePoint Online and the Office 365 package.

Approximately 200 software workstations are planned.

Based on the specific requirements, the following solutions can be considered:

amxSIGN for Office 365
NO-CODE-BPM (MR.KNOW)
