Housing company seeks management software (access system with time recording)

We are a housing company in northern Germany with over 100 employees and approximately 3,600 apartments in our portfolio. We are looking for additional management software, ideally bundled with an access system and time recording.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• RFID transponders should be used to manage authorizations and billing for the locking system, car wash, snack machine, and electric charging station
• Arrival and departure
• Break times
• New hardware would be possible for the car wash, snack machine, and electric charging station, but NOT for the locking system - this would be negotiable for the time recording terminals.

Three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
