General contractor (real estate) seeks industry solution

We are a master-led general contractor that carries out all interior construction work with our own employees and subcontractors: plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical work, flooring, facade work, masonry, drywall installation, carpentry, and roofing. We are looking for an industry solution to support us in our daily work.

The following requirements must be met:

• Create quotes
• Work instructions for employees or subcontractors
• Invoicing for subcontractors and clients
• Mobile access desired (on-site data entry with tablets)
• Time tracking (digital timesheets)
• Recording of total time (overtime and under-time)
• Breakdown into vacation, sick leave, public holidays, special leave, compensation Overtime reduction, other time off
• Digital document capture - delivery notes, invoices (including partial invoices), timesheets...
• Project lists
• Receipt lists - materials, tools, freight, disposal, subcontractors, vehicles, office, miscellaneous, various discounts (2, 3, 4, 5%)
• Outgoing invoices
• Project overview
• Everything must be linked so that data only has to be entered once
• Windows and Mac compatible
• Migration or data transfer from the old system (MS Excel) is not absolutely necessary
• Optional – IT consulting would also be something we need

When the site manager has a viewing, he should not have to write everything down on paper, but should be able to click on everything he needs in the quotation form (service catalog) (item equal to square meters and prices are stored, but variables can be adjusted in % depending on the customer). When the site manager leaves the apartment, the customer immediately receives his cost estimate or quotation by email.
