Freelance doctor (emergency service and home visits) seeks practice management software

I work in southern Germany as a doctor on a voluntary service and am involved as an on-call doctor, carrying out home visits and working in the emergency surgery. That is why I am looking for the simplest possible practice management software.

The software I am looking for should meet the following requirements:

• suitable for a single-practitioner practice
• patient management
• medical history
• treatment history
• medical billing, invoices
• health insurance billing
• private billing
• self-paying patients
• on-premises or cloud
• simple, streamlined solution

A software workstation is planned. We work with an MS Windows system.
