Freelance consultant looking for mileage log software

I am a self-employed service provider working in consulting in the natural sciences and technology sector, and I am looking for a logbook software program to manage and report my trips so that I can claim travel expenses for tax purposes. I do not have many business trips.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Ability to log trips on the go - via an app

• Support in determining the most favorable tax treatment method and in generating reports
• Accepted by the tax office

One software workstation is required. The system runs on MS Windows 11.
