Food wholesaler seeks merchandise management system

We are a food wholesaler (including METRO products) serving customers in the catering and hotel industry in the 1xxxx postal code area.

We are looking for a merchandise management system with the following features:

Invoicing

• Delivery notes
• Invoices
• Daily price changes

Accounting

• Outgoing invoice book
• Cash book
• Incoming invoice book
• Balancing

Warehouse management

• Goods receipt

Customer management

• Customers with different surcharge rates must be supported.

Import

Invoices should be easy to create. One interface to common (financial) accounting systems and to common CRM systems; a universal interface or free programming interface would be nice.

Approximately 1-3 software workstations are planned.
