We are an international food manufacturer with plants in 10 countries. We are looking for process management software to transparently record, control, and monitor our processes. Who does what, when, and with the help of which resources?

The following requirements must be met:

• Simple search and filter functions
• Subscription to pages or documents
• Highlighting of changed sections
• Generation of process descriptions
• Support for BPMN 2.0
• Assignment of revision tasks with deadline setting
• Workflow-controlled approval for processes and documents
• Versioning or history
• Rights and role management
• Multilingual capability (DE, EN, FR, PL, RU); expandable
• Browser-based client for editing
• Cloud, SaaS

In a later step, it should be possible to integrate advanced functionalities:

• Transfer of process data from ERP or MES systems for performance measurement
• Process monitoring with freely definable key figures
• Analysis and simulation options

The following features are optional:
