Financial services provider seeks software for shift, duty, and vacation planning

We are a financial services provider and are currently looking into the possibility of using a new tool to support shift, duty, and vacation planning in our branch network.

Until now, we have been using Word and Excel templates. Management has created and updated the files. Employees can view the information using an Office viewer.

The following content requirements exist: Mapping of existing planning files in a tool without Microsoft Office

• Duty roster
• The duty roster repeats every 6 weeks
• In addition to the employee's workplace, it must also be clear who is taking the late shift (“long”)
• Shift planning (e.g., for Saturdays)
• In addition to the employee's name, it must be clear who is responsible for what (e.g., “cards (K)” and “PIN (P)”).
• The number of shifts must be calculated.
• It must be clear whether the employee is from the company's own branch or is on loan.
• Trainees must be identified.
• Special circumstances (e.g., around holidays or Easter weekend) must be able to be stored.
• Vacation planning
• Including seminars, parental leave, etc.
• A printout must be available each month for display.

Our IT department has the following usage requirements:

• Compatible with Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019
• It must also run on Citrix Terminal Server
• Server: Fileserver Share is preferred, where the program is located and started

Approximately 810 employees should have access to the application.
