Farm shop seeks POS software with inventory management and accounting features

We are a farm shop in northern Germany with an attached café and production facility, and we are looking for POS software with merchandise management and accounting features. The software will be used partly for booking and shop processing, and otherwise exclusively at the cash registers.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Support for up to 10 cash registers, including 3 mobile cash registers at weekly markets
• Master data management
• Customers
• Articles
• Suppliers
• (merchandise management) with stock reservation, order suggestions
• Partial accounting including advance VAT return (net income method, cash book)
• Connection to banking transactions, including payment transactions
• Invoicing
• Delivery note
• Cancellation
• Voucher
• Invoice creation
• Dunning
• Warehouse management - Follow-ups can be set up when certain thresholds are reached, e.g., threshold values or article availability checks
• Inventory lists
• Connection to the Strato web shop
• Interface to “WISO Mein Büro” desirable
• Local, on premises

Ten to fifteen software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
